Best openings for WHITE

May I know the best openings for WHITE?Thanks.
I’m not sure what level you’re at, but the Ruy Lopez, Italian Game, and Queens Gambit seem to be pretty standard. Take that with a grain of salt because I’m a beginner.

Best for what?
If there was a "best" opening, wouldn't every Grandmaster, Master and no-name wanna-be in the world play that opening?
