Nobody is going to give you all the information you need to know to master an opening. You will also need to clarify your style of play, whether you are talking e4 or d4, etc.
An aggressive-minded player against e4 should play the Sicilian or French. A positional, more safe-minded player should play the Caro-Kann or 1...e5.
Against d4, an aggressive-minded player should be playing the Grunfeld, Semi-Slav, ckassical Dutch, or King's Indian. A positionally minded player should play the QGD, Slav, Nimzo-Indian/Queen's Indian, or Stonewall Dutch.
Your best source for all of these is a book that covers the topic, board, pieces, and studying.
Anyone who wants to give advice or teach an opening with black pieces?
