With what aim? Be more specific! Are you intending 3. c4? 3. Bf4? 3. Bg5? 3. g3? 1. d4 2. Nf3 is not an opening on its own.
Book/DVD material on 1.d4 2.Nf3 repertoire/lines

Well, I know of the book "A cunning opening repertoire" by FM Graham Burgess that you mentioned. That is, if I recall, geared toward getting into a Queen's Gambit opening as White.
Typically, that is accomplished with 1.d4 2.c4 at the outset. However, there are ways to transpose into it.
1.d4 2.Nf3 can also be a way to possibly play against the Slav etc.
It could lead to the London.
Need more info.

If sidelines are your thing - 'A Killer Chess Opening Repertoire'. I believe that's the name. It's by Summerscale. You'll be playing a Zukertort-Colle, Barry Attack, 150 Attack, Classical QID and some anti Benoni stuff. It's not bad. I really only play 2 Nf3 against Nf6 though, just to try to scam a KID player into defending a 150 Attack. To d5 I play c4 so I can't say too much about the Colle stuff

Well, my question was about if there are other authors who has sort of repertoire choices after 2.nf3. I know of course this isnt an opening by itself. Now Burgess has his recommended choices, and of course 1. d4 <whatever-response-by-black> 2. Nf3 can lead to many openings, not just the QG. The question is what choices is there, I want something to compare to Burgess's book and Davies's DVD.
Now the Summerscale book looks like indeed such an interesting book. His choices are very different. The Colle though doesnt have a great reputation..but a good tip to have at least a look at.
A common move order for various reasons. I cant find too much material on it though, most of it will be find in sidelines to other systems I guess.
The only thing I can find in specific is the book "A cunning opening repertoire" by FM Graham Burgess and the DVD "Build a 1.d4 repertoire" by Nigel Davies.
