Books on the dutch defense

Hi, I mostly seriously play on lichess so my rating here is innacurate. My lichess ratings are 1500 rapid and 1650 classical. Im looking for a good book on the dutch defense, not just a ton of theory to memorize but rather something to understand the ideas behind the moves in the opening and plans in the middlegame. Everything that I've found so far seems like if I already know something about the opening.
Thanks a lot.

Even though it is a little on the old side, I'd take a look at the book by Stefan Kindermann.

Neil McDonald's "Starting Out: the Dutch Defence" could meet your needs. It doesn't assume prior knowledge of the Dutch and covers the basic ideas and plans for the 3 major Dutch systems (Classical, Stonewall, and Leningrad), as well as gambit lines and early deviations by White.

The best book is not a book but a data base. Play through grandmaster games with it.

As "Grandmaster Repertoire" series book, you may expect it being rather advanced, but Marin always offers good verbal explanations (unlike databases, which explain nothing at all).
