Are you asking about if someone plays 1.c4 followed by 2.f3?
That doesn't look like a problem to me. Or very likely to be run into.

Yes you have just been in a timewarp.
How to counter c4/f3? I have no clue and I always panic when my opponent plays it. Should i just play c5/f5? I'm at a loss...
