Honestly, in the Maroczy lines of the HA Dragon, Black's position is sound, but it's very hard to play and probably is not objectively great for Black anyway.
Black can play d6 and it becomes somewhat similar to Modern Defense lines. Personally, I like to play it as black. 
Against most typical Maroczy positions, Most GMs prefer the Hedghog line, with pawns at a6, b6, d6, and e6...B@b7, Q@c8
That's a good way to get slaughtered against me, but it'll do very well against most other players.

p.s. -- I know more about the Maroczy Bind than any player in history. I can play it blindfolded at this point.. Those who know I play into it get one chance to guess which line I use (HINT: the best one isn't even on most people's radar), and then they'll have to improvise against my additional 15-20 moves of preparation.

I'd like to see how well you do playing the Maroczy bind as white against Magnus Carlsen....
Regular hedgehog system is best answer to maroczy bind, maroczy bind vs hyper accelerated dragon is much more difficult for black to defend, some strong players played like a5 a4 and put pressure on the c pawn against me (after developing their pieces of course) and later beat me, maybe that's the way to go.

Sicilian is defined by 1. e4 c5 and the pawn can't go back to c6 AFAIK.

It's funny that in tournaments Maroszy Bind was never played as white by Maroczy himself!
