Ruy Lopez! and Scotch game!
Chess opening for beginner?

Depends on how much of a beginner you are, but I'd say first just pick one move as white, either 1. e4, 1. d4, or 1.c4 and just play that a lot online and in person. Then pick one response to each of those as black, play a lot online and in person. Once you start to get a feel for them, then start to study them more in depth. Also just focus on principles of good openings. Control the center, develop your pieces, etc.

For black My fave is the sicilian ( but that opening is a bit complex and has lots of variation) but i have also played the caro-kann against e4 and even d4 and c4 with success
What would you recommend to learn if you're a beginner? If you say colle could you please tell me where i can learn it because i haven't been able to find a organised and easy to learn page.
Thanks
The Colle System is a fine opening if Black cooperates, but it is ineffective against the Dutch Defense (1...f5) and the King's Indian Defense (1...Nf6, 2...g6), and some other popular defenses.
As a result, I recommend playing the Colle System when Black plays 1...d5, but a London System (1 d4 2 Nf3 3 Bf4) against virtually any other first move by Black.
To help stave off boredom and predictability, you might also want to learn the Torre Attack (1 d4 2 Nf3 3 Bg5), which can be played against most Black setups.
