Chess Openings - Can the London System and the Italian Game be combined?

They are two completely different openings because of the location of the queen and king.

Combining the Italian and London (really, the Jobava - Nc3 rather than Nd2) is like combining the Ruy Lopez with the Veresov, or the Queen's Gambit with the King's Gambit. Doesn't work that way.
