They are two completely different openings because of the location of the queen and king.
Combining the Italian and London (really, the Jobava - Nc3 rather than Nd2) is like combining the Ruy Lopez with the Veresov, or the Queen's Gambit with the King's Gambit. Doesn't work that way.
