Colle-Zukertort via French-Exchange

When you play the French Defense, most people play either the Exchange var. or the Advanced var.

I've wondered how to actually apply the Colle-Zukertort idea in a real game, and then it came to me...

What do you folks think?

Is that an actual 'zuker torte' (sugar cake) or was I just lucky?

you know a forum is serious when a game from lichess.org is featured 💕

Another question: does any of you folks think that the Colle-Zukertort can be reached via a Semi-Slav Meran?

hmm.... seem like a bunch of junk. question cancelled, but I'll keep the post - it's good to eliminate options - that's a safe way to reach a good result.

I like 1. e4 e6 2. e5 just for the shock value

And if 2...c5 you are shocked? There is a line 1.c4 e6 2.Nc3 Nf6 3.e4 c5 4.e5 Ng8. If I compare I do not see a Knight on c3 and a pawn on c4. Who might benefit?
