I would not mind playing 1.e4 Nc6 myself.

As 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe4 4.d5 Nb8! is rather dry, but fairly equal, and 3.e5 Bf5 doesn't make Black face serious problems. But against 2.Nf3, I know nothing better than transposing to classical stuff by 2...e5!
