Creating Opening Repertoire And Saving It

Hi. I was hoping to get some advice from some players out there. I currently have about 3 openings I am comfortable with and want to expand some from there. I have seen people using ChessBase to study games and some various other things. However, I am looking to build my repertoire and save it off somewhere I can study anytime or modify / add to it.

Would anyone be so kind as to point me in the right direction? I am open to using Websites and Software. I also have a Premium Chess.com account if that can be used as well.

The best answer is to study the most effective way possible, and that is at a board with pieces on a table, not a computer screen.

You "update" by adding more books to the book shelf!

Thanks for the reply. I tend to have more time at a computer than ability to setup a chess board. I work in IT so I am always in front of a computer. Sites like Chessable for openings tend to be great for the first 3.1.-3.5 moves but then my opponents at my rating tend to flank off to sidelines or random moves.

Understand the opening, not memorise it

You can use Excel for it.
