Czech Pirc Defense Trouble

Players usually overthink their opening in a sense that they switch way to much and expect results from it directly.

My advice to you is to spend some serious time in picking a "lifetime repertoire" that is both practical in terms of transpositions, somewhat objectively decent, and fun to play with room for flexibility so that you wont get bored.

In under 1000 rated chess however, you dont need to memorize specific lines. However, watch a few titled level games and try to memorize the common ideas that tend to show up in the opening. This way you can at least have a plan going into the middlegame and this will almost certainly give you an edge against your opponents.

Back in my over-the-board tournament days... in the Late Bronze Age, if I recall correctly... I used to play a system that transposed into a very Czech Pirc like position.

Here's an over-the-board game at classical time controls from round 5 of the Saint John (Canada) Summer Open in 1981.

... so maybe you should just consider changing your move-order, and transpose into your favorite lines.
