I expect Black to score ~42% of the total score (E) assuming that GMs are playing both sides. Although, Black will draw far more often than he'll win. White has better development and an edge in space. Black's position is solid but cramped and less coordinated. It will take him extra time to find a use for his light squared bishop and to create counterplay.
BTW: Chessbeginner77, the doubled pawn is an extra pawn. An extra pawn is rarely a disadvantage. However, White is just going to recapture it next move so it doesn't mean anything.

If we're talking winning percentage for black. Undoubtedly very low. This line often transposes into a defense known as the Fort Knox. It's a draw line. I'd imagine white does about 30%, black does maybe 20%, and 50% draw.
