I like the Dragon Variation Opening the best.

I struggle to see why black would allow white to reach this position but if white could then yes, it is a good opening.

Or even 6... Ng4 7. Bb5+ Bd7 8. Qxg4.

Another option for black is 9. O-O-O (or 9. g4, I suppose) Nxd4 10. Bxd4 Be6, without the possibility of Nxe6 for white.
