Hi guys,
I'm looking for an easy-to-learn repertoire for white against the Najdorf. Preferably something with not so much theory. Can you recommend me any books or video series?
PS: No Anti-Sicilian suggestions please grin.png I want to play the open Sicilian.

6.Be2 doesn't involve much theory and relies more on strategic concepts. Usually you will have a pawn structure like this:

You have to attack the d6 pawn and dominate the d5 square. Typical plans for White are :
1)Bg5 followed by Bxf6 to exchange a defender of the d5 square
2) f2-f4-f5 to drive away the Bishop at e6
3) Bxf4 if Black plays exf4 to attack the d6 pawn

Does this count? grin.png

This is the Chekhover sicilain. While technically an anti sicilian, it leads to positons similar to the open sicilians.

6.f4 seems pretty straight forward. After 6...e6 you get a Scheveningen and you can play f4 against that setup too. And 6...e5 leads to a change in the structure sooner or later and you can just play the game.

My friend has a video on najdorf for white. His video is >>>>

In this video he has great sounding music and notes on why he did the move against the najdorf.
