Chessable has at least one good repertoire “book” on the English. Also, I believe there is a shortened version for free. You won’t need pdf’s, just an internet connection. I use my phone mostly.

Hi. Recently my older son broke my Notebook and I had a lot of Chess books in pdf format. So, I am looking for the next PDF Book:
- Starting out: The English- Neil MacDonald, 2003.
I surf the web and I only found a 61 pages Book pdf and it Is not usefull because I want to see the Reversed Dragon variant in the English Opening and it's on page 115 in the Book. So I need the entire PDF Book. Another books do not treat that English Opening as good as Neil MacDonald.
