EXTREMELY BIASED openings compass
Like I literally want to throw myself through the computer and stab my opponent when I see exd5
Then don't play French

Does that work?! Can you really do that? Has the technology advanced that far? Or do we have to wait for Windows 14, or some future overpriced Apple device......... ?
Lol wish it was
If everybody plays it then at some point it goes from a novel opening to uncreative
That is a very narrow and stupid way of looking at things. You're still playing your own game, and most often have to come up with your own ideas. While I would agree with some openings like the exchange french being uncreative in most cases, the KID definitely doesn't belong in that category. Most of the gambits you put over in fun aren't too creative, you mostly just throw all your pieces in and hope for the best.

fun doesn't mean good, and the entire point of this post was to be extreme and unreasonable :)
a chess related troll post if you would.

I do get that, but my point still stands
Yes I get your point too, that you still play your own game, your ideas, moves, are your own.
But I never really liked playing what other people played, because you'd have to go further into the game to start having some fun.
This openings comparison thingy is one of the dumbest things one can make about chess.
