When I play White, I like to open with Queen's Pawn, and I hope for Queen's Gambit Accepted, as I like to play from that position.
If I am Black, I hope my opponent plays a King's Pawn opening, as I enjoy working through Sicilian Defense positions.... not always successfully, but I enjoy the challenge of them.

The Birds is a very underrated chess opening. It provides a very secure position letting you push for stuf like e4 f5
Kings Gambit from white side, Latvian Gambit against e4 and Kings Indian against d4 from black side
When I play with I prefer the Vienna Gambit and when I'm black I prefer the Sicilian Dragon or the Tarrasch at d4.
