Does anyone know what's the level of Little chess Partner in terms of human play? International master?or lower?

he is most definately no where near IM level. I think a majority of chess.com could beat it on hard if they really had a go.

I don't really see what is funny about this either but to give you a clue, I am close to 2000 USCF and can easily beat little chess partner every time.
