Sometimes white does an early a4 a5 and black must opt for f5 instead of b5.
if d4 c5 d5 b5 a4 then b4 and if c3 then a5 and white cannot develop smoothly!
in the old benoni the best apporach is d5 and not dxc5 so just decline the old benoni
and if they decline the Old Benoni you go for b5 . I've won lots of games with that!
