Oldest Chess Opening ever this is. And I love it! There's a trap or two in it; it's strong and has a few variations. But how do you counter it?

I agree with you, it's a grat opening. Although e4 is only my secondary opening, I play the Giuoco Piano once in a while. How to counter it: NO CLUE:)
