No c-pawn for white or black, white must've swapped them off. The bishop on d3 is customary in queen's gambit lines. And black's knight must've taken the pawn on d4! That's what rang semi-slav bells in my head.

Second one is the infamous Salto Mortale French Tarrasch starting with 9. Nf4 instead of 9. exf6. Third one is 1. d4 d5 2. c4 e6 3. Nc3 Be7 4. cxd5 exd5 5. Bf4 c6 6. e3 Bf5 7. g4 Bg6?! 8. h4 Bxh4? 9. Qb3 b6 10. Rxh4 (10. Nf3 Be7 11. Bxb8 then Ne5 is also very strong as c6 will fall) Qxh4 11. Nxd5 and White is winning.
