Sounds awesome, but I don't know if I should start another tournament while my last semester of university is starting. 
The only reason I won't join is because it is rated. I can't imagine playing Halloween in correspondence in a rated game. Maybe OTB, but not here.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound arrogant, I was just commenting on how rare it is at any level of play. I never thought to google it with chess.com.
rosario vampire dude is the best chess player of halloween gambit. check his games out. i think hes the reason why halloween gambit got popular
On chess.com, I play the Halloween Gambit as does Gonnosuke, A_DiTora, gambitlover and NM Ernest Colding. IM Maurits Wind is probably the world's foremost expert. He organized, and won two email tournies beating such players as GM Vadim Milov. His brother Michiel plays the Halloween as well.
I just started a new tournament dedicated to the to the best of chess openings, the Halloween Gambit (1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Nxe5!!!).
