Most common is 3. ... Bf5 you can read more on the internet, just google it. Anyway here are two links:

I second the motion made by RathHood, both of his links are very good.
If you don't have a one-volume opening book such as MCO-15 get a copy ASAP if you can afford it, look around at amazon and eBay for used copies or it or MCO-14 if it's available way cheaper. It will help give you clues here and in all other openings. If you got the bucks pick up a book on the CKD with a title such as How to Play the CKD preferably written by a GM or IM.
Start playing through annotated games with this line AND start playing through as many unannotated games with it as you can, you'll start getting clues on your own by doing so. Look for games by Grandmasters, International Masters, USCF Sr Masters (+2400), and FIDE/USCF Masters. Go through the Daily Columns & Articles archives here, I'm sure you'll find some annotated games with this line. You can download them into any chess program, they are much easier to read in a chess program than the format here.

wow thanks guys. that was actually really informative. thanks i think that is awesome.
also, nimzolroy, what is MCO 15 and 14?
