How do you counter attack the hippo?

The hippopotamus Defense setup is where both bishops are fianchetto and then puts both their center pawns one square up for their knights. Also, they push their h and a pawns one square up and castles. Don't forget that the hippo player pushes their c and f pawn two squares up to control the center. I also seen that the hippopotamus Defense is best played in a closed position. How do you counter attack it.

They should have put the word "Hippo" in the video title, though, so people could find it, otherwise it's just another "Here's a game I played" video that people will bypass, and a lot of people ask this same question about how to play against the Hippo system.
