An early c5 is one of the best Black strategies, e.g. 1.d4 d5 2.Nf3/Bf4 c5.
How do you counter the London?

You can't. Just like any good opening, London system can't be refuted so you have to play normal chess. I suggest you just play d5 Nf6 c5 Nc6 in order.

I am at the level where I see a lot of london system. Are there any openings that counter it?
At first I played the Kings Indian Setup, but I didn't like that you completely hand over white the center. Then, I started playing the Englund Gambit, but some players know the theory and end up winning. Others just find it fishy that I'm blundering a pawn and decline the gambit to stay safe. So, are there any ways I can crush the London System?
First of all. Forget all this "countering" something. You just need to make sensible moves that follow opening principles.
Control the center
Develop towards the center
Castle
Connect your rooks

I actually really like Agadmator's anti-london:
If you would prefer something even more offbeat:
Another wild line:
(The above one is stupid don't actually play it.)

I took inspiration from Stockfish and Agadmator (I don't see the point of his a6 move) to create my Anti-London system
If white plays c3, I take on b2. If white plays nc3, I'm very happy to interrupt white's plan of playing the pawn pyramid. If white plays qc1 I'm also very happy with making their queen make an ugly move.
Usually after nc3 I'll just play g7 and bg7 because I like Fianchetti but you can explore other stuff that's objectively better than that

Sorry, if white pushes the pawn to d5 I play the position like a Benoni Defense with g6 bg7 and d6/e6

But again, there's no way to "counter" the London system as it's a very solid opening for white, but I feel that you should be happy to have achieved borderline equality as early as move 3

The point of the London System is that there are essentially no ways to refute it. There are some good ways to counter it though:

Agadmator has a good video on how to counter it; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9homA3nEvto
There's also a chessable course based off of Agadmators Youtube video which is free and highly informational. If you want dynamic chess and are tired of the typical drawish positional play that comes with the London, I recommend that.
All in all, even it seems like a boorish opening, even with positional lines it can lead to very dynamic middlegames and endgames. Chess does wonders.

After 1. d4 d5 2. Bf4, you can play my usual go to: Steinitz counter gambit, which is 2... c5. It is also what Stockfish will play against it.
Bf4 violates the opening principle to develop knights before bishops.
A tentative to refute is ...c5 and ...Qb6 highlighting that Bf4 has abandoned the protection of pawn b2, but the early queen sortie violates opening principles as well.
So it is probably best to develop the knights and Bf8 first and castle ...O-O and only then start ...c5 and ...Qb6.
I spent years trying to use c6 and Qb6, under the principle that when the queen's bishop moves too early, the queen should attack that down that side. This works well with white playing Qb3, and in theory you should be able to develop pressure as black, with the dark-squared bishop often coming into play. However in practice it rarely seems to quite work and black gets into static positions that aren't very appealing to play.
So I eventually tried the Steinitz counter-attack (2... c5) and almost immediately started getting far better games, both in results and to play.
