But if you are curious about what one grandmaster has to say about, not studying the openings, but on learning how to develop an opening repetoire look at Alexander Yermolinski's book The Road To Chess Improvement. What I really wonder,Spongy, is have you read any of tbese books you suggest beginning players read?
