How to use ChessX GUI to train openings?

https://sourceforge.net/p/chessx/wiki/ChessX%20Manual/ I downloaded this chess GUI for its aesthetic but I have no clue how to train openings with this. I use Lucas chess GUI to prepare my openings but this GUI looks so much better than Lucas Chess. Please someone help me how to create training games and practice openings with ChessX.
I'm new to using chess GUIs (I'm only 1500 on chess.com blitz) and sorry for bad english.
