IOW you want an opening that gives you a paint-by-numbers type of attack every time. That way you won't actually have to learn how to play, you can just win against noobs easily every time.
Not necessarily, the open Sicilian, Nc3 French, and the Advance Caro all fit his requirements. You conduct attacks but they have a lot of theory

d4, QGD, stonewall anyone the many d4 system colle,london ect, e4, scotch, for black scandi is too cramped, french is cramped and dubious as well as the pirc, agaisnt e5 maybe a spanish 4 knights with bb4, italian game, against D4 try a stonewall dutch or leningrad, QGA , against the catalan maybe play it open so you dont end up withyour peices in quarantine gl

I agree with Scotch and Leningrad, but the French is by no means dubious
