is it actually good?

Meowing_power

I saw Magnus and Hikaru done that but to me, im never using that Reasons:The king lost its casting right and puts the king in a awkward square. Maybe i just take a look at what to play in bongcloud opening.

Not really, no.

It's generally used by high-level players to handicap themselves ... usually to prove that they can still beat their opponent, starting from a worse position ...

No. Just no.

Stockfish evaluates it as heavily losing, I think it thought it was worse than the Muzio gambit, a refuted gambit where you sacrifice 3 points of material for an easily defendable attack

Hi! Bongcloud is so bad that doesn't deserve the category of an opening. The move 2. Ke2 is just a big mistake, played just for fun to challenge the oponent to prove it.

Good luck!
