I am thinking about playing the Sicilian… is it any good?
It could be dangerous, but it is also exciting!
Sicilian is a good defense to play for a win as black, but at greater risk of losing.

Yup. Every opening is objectively playable at all elos. The difference is that the continuations of the games will generally be comparable to the elo level at which they are played.

My recommendation is 1,400.
I recommend the Sicilian Dragon to 1,400 players because they have good tactical vision.
You could try 1,300, but it might be tough.
The above diagram is what Sicilian Dragon looks like incase anyone is wondering.
The main move for White is Bishop to e3, but most low level players never play it.
They will move Light Square Bishop majority of the time.
The main opening which gives Sicilian Dragon trouble is the Yugoslav Attack, but most low level players don’t know it.
A Sicilian Dragon with no Yugoslav Attack for White is Easy Wins!
Its like a cheat code to be honest.
