Isn't the Dutch Defense basically the Queen's Pawn counterpart of the Sicilian Defense?

They seem to operate by the same principle: To make it difficult for the other player to advance their other center pawn two squares.

There are not many weaknesses to exploit successfully in the Sicilian, it's a semi-closed opening, Black consolidates at first and then strikes the centre with its pawns and the aid of its open file/s ( c-file ). The Modern Ben-Oni does the same, and some lines in the Lenigrad Dutch as well, exploiting some weaknesses generated by the opening up of the b-file or in the Ben-Oni case the pawn weakness on the e-file while at same time attacking the centre from the flank by pushing up its b-pawn, and of course there's always that dark squared bishop placed on its longest diagonal, a long range weapon shooting at the centre from long distance. Nonetheless by the same token you can say that the Queen's Indian shares some similarities with the Sicilian too. You can also argue that the Pirc Defence is much of the same as the King's Indian and that the only missing piece in that puzzle is White's pawn on c4, nowhere to be found in the Yugoslav Defence.
