King's Pawn Game: main lines

I wanna make a list of most popular variations with 10K+ (K=1000) master games in Explorer. It quickly reduces to Ruy Lopez. Later I'll diminish the low limit of games in order to consider more variations. I indicate PSCC and statistical evaluations. An opening will be called drawish if the percentage of draws D>50%.

2 plies:

3 plies:

• 2Ee 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 King's Knight, 170K+, sev=+0.44

4 plies:

• 2Ee 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 KPG: Main, 147K+, sev=+0.38
• 2Ee 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nf6 Russian, 16K+, sev=+1.22, sh2=0.30 drawish
  

5 plies:

• 2Ee 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 Ruy Lopez, 97K+, sev=+0.48
• 2Ee 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Italian, 23K+, sev=+0.23
• 2DEe 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 Scotch, 14K+, sev=+0.17
