Why would you decline it unless you think your opponent knows the main lines too well, it gets you into a passive position. Punish white's reckless weakening of his kingside and e-file with exf4 and g5.

The name of the thread is wrong IMO.At the link you suggested I saw a lot of KGA texts(even for Muzio) and only one post for KGD.
