No ajecdrectico it was for central control ,because my E pawn was intact and i wanted to open it some time so i can attack the diagonal later.

Looked like a pretty poor strategy imop....You don't actually have any central control...Your rooks are staring at a protected bishop on d4. You then lose the exchange. But, you can thank your opponent for giving back a piece and an exchange for no reason.
