Kings Indian Defense: Saemisch Variation *ATTACKING IDEAS*

I play KID as black, And QG as white, so I often play KID from both sides. White's best bet is to launch a Q-side attack, generally involving d5, b4, and c5, eventually situating a pawn on c6. Black's terrible mobility on the Queenside means that in general either the a rook hangs, or the c-pawn does, creating the threat of promotion. Meanwhile, on the kingside, white is trying to survive black's assault.
I think f3 is prophylactic, since once the pawns start rolling for black on the kingside, white's e pawn will take a bit of heat, and as such, the pawn chain is nice. It also makes a push for black to g4 more difficult.

Doesnt White usually end up castling Q-side though? Do castling Q-side and Q-side attacks mix together?

Could you provide a game that demostrates everything you just mentioned? I am searching for games to study right now but if you have one in mind I'd love to look at that one. Or maybe one of your own games?

Most strong players don't even castle queenside anymore. A quite topical approach is the move 6.Nge2 and 0-0.

Samisch variation is all about attacking on queenside and defending kingside. The most important idea is to attack c7 square and prevent g4 threat. Usually black tries to attack the king with as many pieces as possible and white attacks on c7 with rook-rook-queen chain or otherwise with some help from knight
