learning main lines

Is there an easy way to study any opening, specifically the main line from start to finish, the problem I have on this site is when I click through an opening (using openings) it quickly deviates from the main line into some random variation, it starts to feel very messy trying to follow the main line after this point, i would like to learn main lines and the ideas behind them, then branch out to variations that may be considered superior or not after. as a suggestion for improvement to the openings system on this site, it would be great to have a tab on the side with all variations (including the main line) and you could follow a specific variation of your choice from start to finish. thanks in advance.

indeed. I will always contend studying Mainline is Always the Best. Only Experience will give you the answers you seek. There are No secrets. Only challenges ahead. That is what is simple. You get "stuck" only when you don't play. "Success " goes both ways I'm afraid. What was "good" for you is "bad " for another and likewise.
