London system met with C5.

No, I'm talking about this. And the next move is easy. I'm generally looking for advice on how to play the game now that your central triangle has been demolished early.

I play e3 followed by c3 after the capture to keep the dark squared Bishop at bay from the queenside, where I now plan to castle and coordinate my pieces towards a kingside attack. Play c3 first if you want to play for a draw via symmetric position. The capture doesn't change the London terribly, One advantage I can think of, even, is that it removes Black's c4 push which is usually an integral idea in Qb6 - Qb3 mirrors, which would typically force capture towards the black side, opening the a-file for his Rook, or forcing the Queen to fall back to b2, losing tempo after a further Bf5, where the Queen finally, miserably falls back to c1.
It hasn't been significant in my games, so I'd suggest just keeping the attacking ideas of the London in mind, recognising you won't have as much support for an f4 push.

Agadmater just published an anti-London system a few week go on YouTube, based on Nf6, c5, Qc3, a6 I think. Levy from GothamChess published a refutation then two weeks ago Chessable offered a free MoveTrainer refuting Levy’s refutation, and the Agadmator guy has promised to produce an update any day now.
Its pretty gutsy. I’ve added what seems to be a safer e5 as a second or third move but am just starting to experiment with it. These other guys are arguing at a 2100 to 2400 level. But I’m finding that for 1000 to 1200 Blitz and Rapid games it throws enuf people offf their plans to be fun to play with.

Anyone wanting to explore and practice either rated or unrated games at my low level just send me a friend request or msg. I’m trying to improve my anti-d4 repertoire with a standard QGD, Semi-Slav, and some odd thing that seemed “metaphorically” similar to the e4 Two or Four Knights, and this new Agadmator thing the last two weeks. So far I only know these well enough to play live about 4 or 5 moves deep. Some of Chessable’s Agdmator Movetrainer simulations go in 15 moves that I could probably replicate on training Daily Unrated “training” game “( with mutually greed upon training notes).
