London System

Hi, im trying to learn The London System (1.d4 d5 2.nf3 nf6 3.bf4) and need some suggestions on the best way to play the opening, the ideas behind it and the best continuations. Any comments welcome, thank in advance.

I am trying to learn this opening but indeed there is scarcely anything on it past 4. c3 available on the internet. There is Youtube video and a wikipedia page that are useful but beyond that nothing that I can find.

Sign up for chesspublishing.com, Section 8 (It's $19.95 for 1 year).  While it's called "1.d4 Specials", the author, Eric Prie, is obsessed with the London System.  That section is like, 90% London, 10% other stuff.  Usually months when Prie is busy and someone else takes over for a month or two do you see the Torre, Veresov, Colle, etc.
