Actually, you can find it in any book on how to deal with 1. d4. There is always a chapter on how to deal with miscellaneous third-rate fads like the London or the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit...
It's often not in opening books because it's a system opening (like the Colle system), wich means that white tries to reach a position without caring too much about black's moves. White always plays d4, Nf3 and Bf4.
The opening isn't used often by top players anymore, but it's certainly still playable at amateur level. It's considered a solid opening, often used by beginners who wish to avoid early complications.
