Mobile app for drilling a custom opening book

Is there a good mobile app or maybe website for drilling a user created opening plan?

Chessable (online; works well on the mobile device, also).

Chess Openings Wizard (downloadable software; no mobile app... in the process of developing a mobile app for the past few years).

Chess Positions Trainer (downloadable software, not regularly maintained from what I have heard).

There are some other lesser known mobile apps for opening training, but the couple that I have seen give you a repertoire to drill, rather than you being able to create, input, and train your own.

Chessable didn't work well for me on mobile, so I stopped using it. This was about a year ago, but their website now still says it is optimized for high resolution displays.

Chess Arsenal is an overlooked little app that lets you input and practice your own custom repertoire. You can mark whether or not you want the trainer to quiz on on each move, which is nice. If you are studying the Ruy Lopez, for example, you don't want to have to replay e4, Nf3, Bb5 over and over, or if there is a long forcing string of obvious recaptures, you don't have to walk through it all -- just get to the good stuff.

Reading the app store reviews of Chess Arsenal, a user complains that you cannot import your own pgn files into Arsenal, but another review 3 years later says you can import and export pgn files... what is your experience with this?
