Modern defense: Standard line or Gurgenidze transition

What do U prefer as black in the following position:

 

 

1) to play 3...d6 remaining in the Standard Defense or  2) 3...c6 switching to the Caro-Kann: Gurgenidze System ? I usually played 2...d6 but recently discovered that Gurgenidze is good too. peshka.png

I would prefer c6. But maybe I like c5 attacking the pawn center.

Oh, it seems that I never tried to play the Modern Pterodactyl 3...c5!? here. It looks aggressive. wink.png
