I got some suggestions for new variations: Pepsi Opening, Exchange Variation, Fanta Attack

The idea for Black is to get better development. However, after dxc5 and Bxc5 white has Qb5+. This may look like a fork but there is Nd7. White's queen is now out in the open, but it forces Black's knight to stay on d7.

Pepsi Gambit Declined, Bishop Variation

After Black declines the Pepsi Gambit, White develops the bishop to f4. White plans on playing e3 and Ne2 before castling kingside.

Pepsi Opening, Indian Gambit

If White takes the pawn, Black will play e5 and Bxc5. White has an uncomfortable situation fighting for space. Black takes control of the center and will try to play Nc6 to protect the e pawn.

Indian Gambit Declined
White ignores the pawn and simply develops the bishop. Stockfish's favorite

Pepsi Opening, Modern Defense Variation
Black plays something like a Modern Defense. Black's king is safe, and White wants to play e4.

Pepsi Opening, 3 Pawns Gambit

If White takes the c-pawn, Black can play Nc6 or Bxc5. Black will gain the center with good development. If White takes the e-pawn, Black plays c4 and kicks the queen. Qc2 is one of the best moves and now Black plays Bc5. Even though Black is a pawn down, Stockfish says the position is near equal.
