There is no name. Also, openings are not based on the moves from 1 side.
For example, Black plays 1...e6 and 2...d5. There is no way to know on that info what the opening is.
1.e4 and 2.d4 and you have a French Defense
1.d4 and 2.c4 and you have a Queens Gambit Declined after 3.Nc3 and a Catalan after 3.Nf3 Nf6 4.g3.
1.Nf3 and 2.c4 with no early d4 is a Reti
1.b4 and 2.Bb2 is a quiet line of the Sokolsky
Etc.
Also, 1.d4 (any move) 2.b3 is garbage. The d-pawn already blocks the Bishop.
What is the name of the opening where white makes the following set up;
1.d4
2.b3
3.Bb2
4.Nf3
5.g3
6.Bg2
