Do you mean against the sicilian as W? I suggest you to simply play the open variation (1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 (d6,Nc6,e6,g6 and so on) 3.d4, which leads to piece play and tactical possibilities. If both players are without theory, W side is less crampled and easyer to play. With some theory things changes a lot but you shouldn't care about theory until 1400 OTB at least. If you mean that you're a sicilian player and you don't know what to play against the closed, i'm not expert enough to give advice but i think a normal sicilian setup is ok at beginner level.

Generelly speaking, the usual advice for beginners is open with e4, play some romantic gambit like the danish against e5. As black e5 against e4 and the tarrash or the albin counter against d4. You can get all the information needed to start on wikipedia.

Remember, the opening is not really important at this stage. Just develop your pieces, advance the central pawns, try to attack the enemy king. Opening details will come much later.
