Opening for me.

I want to meet 1.e4 with solid opening.
But i don`t like 1.e4 e5 2-Nf3 Nc6

I tried the french .I`m very comfortable with the advance and exchange variations .
However,3-Nc3,3- Nd2 are pretty hard for me.
So any advises?

First Nd2 is a move that avoids the Winawer (1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.Nd2 if Bb4 then c3)  The Winawer 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 Bb4(Winawer) is a very strong variation for Black.  It is so strong that many players have given the nickname (The Win-A-War).  If you mistrust Nc3 and Nd2 then as Black play the Fort Knox Variation.

Caro-Kann is quite solid. 1. e4 c6 2. d4 d5. if white plays exd5 then its pretty even. 3. Nc3 is the main line, with the line going ....dxe4 4. Nxe4 Bf5 and so on. the only problem is the space-gaining move 3.e5. should be even, but unconfortable nonetheless.

I don't know if the scandinavian (1.e4 1...d5) could be considered as solid but it's my go to opening as black because at our level, people don't seem to exploit it too well and it's quite easy to play.
The modern variatian is a little sharper but still far less theory that most other defenses.
If you like the french i guess caro kann could be also a fit

Yeah great idea, this hasn't been memorized out to the 1329u3201012945th move. Perfect opening for someone to just pick up and play! Looks like chess hazing at its finest. Also probably not wise to just post your e-mail in forums without replacing the "@" with (_at) or something similar. I'm not going to be sending anything to Tosser2004 or whatever it is, but you should know how Goolag cult works.

can you explain to me your last two sentences and by the way it is not my official email

thanks for your answers I`d like to point
1-I played the carro can and I`m not comfortable with the advance variation which happens pretty much all the time
2-I played the dragon Sicilian and the Yugoslav attack is just devastating
I`d go for  the najdarof or Scandinavian when i`m 1700+
3- i have no problem with memorization when it comes to chess or languages (though mediocre in every thing else) .

I have starting out the Sicilian but it looks like it was made for white i use it against my Sicilian friends and it`s pretty good

Only two openings are a good deal for Alpha Zero:

A10: English Opening

D06: Queens Gambit

The OP wants a response to 1. e4 and you are suggesting the English Opening and the Queen’s Gambit. I would be fascinated by your explanation of how he can do that.

Petroff is pretty good if you want a super solid opening, but it doesn't offer any particularly high winning chances.
