Opening Guides London System, Slav, Semi-Slav (Meran etc.), Caro-Kann

Thanks. That should get me started on this more simplified repertoire. I'll ping ThrillerFan if I decide to delve deeper and purchase resources.

Chessable has free "Short & Sweet" courses on the London System and the Slav.
That have some free free "Short & Sweet" courses, but not on the London System and the Slav that I can find.

https://www.chessable.com/short-sweet-the-slav/course/5878/
here they are, these courses are very good, I have found them useful

Thanks. I notice they show how to play the Slav against 1.d4 and 1.c4. How should you handle 1.Nf3 or a White not playing 1.c4 at all?

You have a diamond membership and can't find anything?
I think chess.com has mostly videos on openings, which can be OK I guess. Ideally I would have both video and something static. Seeing if anyone recommends anything on this site or elsewhere.

There is some discussion of that in the Slav Move by Move book.

Kornev also goes into it in his two-volume Semi-Slav-Caro-Kann thing.

... or a White not playing 1.c4 at all?
Kornev does discuss 1-d4-without-c4 somewhat, but it really is pretty much an unrelated bonus for the reader. Without c4, the game is apparently not likely to become something with much resemblance to what one would see in a discussion of the Slav or Semi-Slav.
Is there something similar on the Caro-Kann?

Is that dealing with the 2.Bf3 Mason's Attack?
Can anyone point me to decent free opening guides online for the above-referenced openings?
