If it is any consolation, I would take the Knight as Black (since I have studied that gambit a bit and feel confident in refuting it from the Black side after taking on c3), but never get the chance because I play the Max Lange Attack lines for Black here, so I never seem to get the Nakhmanson Gambit. No horse abuse, if the line never comes up
