1.b3, without Nf3, is Larsen's Opening
1.Nf3 and 2.b3, without c4, is Nimzowitsch's Attack
1.Nf3, 2.b3, and an early c4 is a direct transposition to either the English if Black hasn't played ...d5 or the Reti if he has.
1.Nf3, 2.e3, and 3.b3 is just another version of Nimzowitsch's Attack.
And for numbers 6, 7, and 8, THEY BOTH SUCK!
