For White, a good opening is the Danish Gambit

I don't use openings, I just invent them, I guess... 😅

Any mainline is probably solid enough. Avoid gambits if you want to be really solid. Danish Gambit is playable, but I wouldn't recommend it, unless you are practicing gambits for the sake of experience in attacking positions and the power of the initiative.

I'm a believer of learning openings and opening theory, but I also find other things much more important at the lower levels. Under 2000 chess.com rapid rating, most openings are playable. Stick with opening principles, or mainline openings if you want to build healthy opening habits.

Your right. Gambits can be risky and half of the time, they don't even accept. But they are helpful in the lower levels because they opponent likes taking.

Short-term gambits might be helpful, but eventually you'll reach a level where it stops working and then you'll have to go back and study the more solid openings you could have started with.

I used to be anti-gambit with everything, but now I find some gambits more useful than others. I see their value in teaching concepts, but I wouldn't play a true gambit unless I thought my opponent would be unprepared for it.
